This coffee is a Typica Peaberry from Elepoki Farm in the Wood Valley area of Kaʻū, Hawaiʻi, grown at an altitude of 1800–2100 feet. It is a washed coffee that offers a clean, structured profile with bright acidity and a silky body. Tasting notes include red apple, lemon, and sugar cane. This light roast is developed to emphasize clarity and transparency, making it an excellent choice for pour-over, auto-drip, or AeroPress brewing methods.

Coffees have consistently achieved exceptional ratings from Coffee Review, with more than 100 coffees scoring between 93 and 97 points and an impressive five year average of 94 points. The selection specializes in Hawaiian coffees from Kona and Ka'u regions alongside carefully selected producers from Panama, Jamaica, and Vietnam.
