About This Coffee

Ka'ū Yellow Caturra Peaberry from Miranda Farms on Hawaii's Big Island, grown at 2000-2100 feet elevation in the South Point area. This washed coffee features the Yellow Caturra variety and consists of peaberries—rounded single seeds that roast evenly. Bright and citrusy with brown sugar and lemon in the fragrance. Refreshingly tart in the cup with caramel and grapefruit notes. Peaberries comprise 15-30% of the farm's production.

The selection specializes in Hawaiian coffees from Kona and Ka'u regions alongside carefully selected producers from Panama, Jamaica, and Vietnam.
