This coffee is sourced from Kabeywa, one of the highest-elevation communities on Mount Elgon in Uganda. Produced by Kawacom, the coffee underwent multiple washings under the supervision of quality manager Deus Nsubuga to maximize cup clarity. The washed process yields flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and chocolate. This is an organic, light-roasted coffee that represents forward-thinking quality standards for Ugandan coffee.
