KANNAZUKI Blend "momizi" is a seasonal roast combining lots from Brazil (Bela Vista, Santuario), Indonesia (Kerinci Mountain, Natural) and Myanmar (Kyauk Nget, Red Honey). It is roasted to a dark profile and highlights syrupy sweetness with tasting notes of maple syrup, hazelnut, caramel, orange chocolate, baked apple and milk chocolate. The blend emphasizes dessert-like sweetness and a lingering caramel finish suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
