This blend brings together three African and South American origins: Ethiopian landrace varieties from Agaro and Limu at 2050 m, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 from Kenya's Rungeto cooperative at 1750 m, and Brazilian beans from the APAS cooperative. The washed Ethiopian coffee comes from a dedicated washing station, while the Kenyan component is wet-processed. Traditional drum roasting builds smooth, layered complexity with chocolate and cinnamon character and low acidity.
Coffee Circle built its name on a simple idea: great coffee should create great impact. Born in Berlin, the roastery sources directly from producers, pays transparent premiums, and invests in long-term community projects at origin.
