This natural processed coffee is sourced from the Guji region of Ethiopia, specifically from the Taro washing station run by Kayon Mountain. The whole, ripe cherries are dried in the sunshine on raised drying beds for 15–18 days, with regular turning and protection from extreme heat. This process results in a flavor profile featuring notes of black currants and almond toffee.
