Kona Coffee Purveyors
Kona Coffee Purveyors was founded in 2008 by Raymond Suiter in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a singular focus on 100 percent Kona coffee sourced from single estate, high elevation farms in the Kona growing region. Suiter, the company's master roaster, built the roastery around a Probat drum roaster with custom piping designed to his specifications. Each lot comes from a named estate, including selections from Hualalai, Mauna Loa, and Konawaena, and is roasted to bring out the character of the volcanic soils and ideal growing conditions that define the region. In 2016, the company partnered with b. patisserie to open a café at the International Marketplace on Kalakaua Avenue, pairing freshly roasted Kona with French pastry.
