Kenya Gichuka PB is a peaberry coffee from Nyeri region, specifically from the Karatina Town area. Located between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare mountain range, east of the Great Rift Valley, the coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1,600-1,900 meters. The region features volcanic red soils, abundant rainfall, and mild temperatures ideal for high-quality coffee production. This PB (peaberry) microlot features a single seed per cherry, resulting in a more rounded shape and superior density for more uniform roasting and intense flavor expression. Varietals include SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru-11, and Batian. The washed processed coffee displays flavor notes of blood orange, sultana, peach, juicy lime, violets, black tea, vanilla, and honey. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.

Randall Coffee Roasters was founded in 2013 by Barry Randall and Miguel inside Mercado de Vallehermoso, one of Madrid's revitalised market halls. They were among the first micro roasteries in the city's specialty coffee scene. Single origin coffees are roasted weekly for freshness and supplied to several Madrid businesses. The operation also distributes premium equipment from brands like La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino, and provides consulting for new coffee space openings, covering everything from space planning to licensing.
