This peaberry lot is produced by members of Ritho Farmers Cooperative Society and processed by Handege Coffee Washing Station in Kiambu, Kenya. The coffee grows at 1800 meters altitude with SL28 and SL34 varieties. It undergoes a washed process including 36-hour fermentation in water from Tharirika River, thorough washing, and drying on African Beds. The coffee exhibits bright citrus, lime, and cranberry aromatics with tasting notes of lime peel, grapefruit, plum, and black berry, finishing with ripe cranberry sweetness.
