Featuring Baitan, Ruiru-11, SL-28, and SL-34 varietals processed via washed method and Swiss Water decaffeination. Medium body with light flavor profile, offering dark Belgian chocolate in the finish with gentle acidity characteristic of Kenyan origins. Best at gentler extractions and recommended for immersion brewing and affogato preparations.
