Zjevaun Janga founded Ripsnorter Coffee in Rotterdam in 2017 after previously operating Harvest Coffee Brewers, and in January 2024 he won the Dutch Barista Championship, a title he prepared for by isolating himself daily during the final month of training to perfect every element of his performance.
