KISSA Blend is a roaster blend composed of Ethiopian beans roasted with two different profiles to produce a layered, floral cup. It is presented as a medium-dark roast (3.5) with a velvety texture and jam-like sweetness. Tasting notes include grape, cassis, cranberry, blueberry, raw honey, maple syrup, and toasted walnut. The blend is formulated to work well as an espresso base while maintaining berry sweetness when paired with milk.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
