Colombia Rio Dulce Geisha is a high-altitude (≈1,950 m) single-origin Geisha from Las Marias farm in Pijao, Quindío. The lot is processed with a meticulous double-washed method involving staged fermentations to produce refined acidity and floral complexity. Light roasted, it presents bright citrus and floral character with tasting notes of yuzu, orange candy, jasmine, lemon squash, and a maple syrup finish. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
