A single-origin Yunnan coffee from the Sky Villa farm (Lujiangba, Baoshan) grown at 1500–1700m. Catimor variety, processed as a double-fermentation natural using anaerobic yeast fermentation. Medium roast with tasting notes of Chinese date, sweet tea, Shaoxing wine, Kyoho grape, and China rose; bright, rounded acidity and a lingering sweet finish. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
