About This Coffee

This is a limited edition microlot from Caldas, Colombia, cultivated at 1700 meters elevation. It features the Pink Bourbon cultivar processed using an innovative Kiwi Fermented Process, where a dedicated fermentation culture composed of lactobacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae is nourished with dehydrated kiwi and panela. Light roasted with flavor notes of juicy kiwis, honeydew, and honey candy. The acidity is juicy with a silky body, delivering vibrant tropical fruit expression as both espresso and pourover.
