This coffee is a single origin Ethiopia from the Yirgacheffe region, specifically from the Koke kebele in the Gedeo Zone. It is a washed coffee processed at Koke Shalaye station, where nearly 1,900 smallholder farmers deliver their coffee cherries at 1,973 meters altitude. The coffee is made up of Jarc 74110, 74112, and 74165 sub-varieties of Ethiopia's heirloom coffees. It features bright, fruity flavor notes of tangerine, berries, and green apple.
