Kona Geisha Peaberry - Yeast Fermentation Washed

Kona Geisha Peaberry - Yeast Fermentation Washed

Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This Kona coffee is a Geisha variety peaberry from a 6-acre farm in the Holualoa district operated by Craig Lee. The beans were processed using a yeast fermentation washed method, where cherries were depulped immediately after harvest and fermented with white wine yeast in open containers, then pre-dried on wooden patios before finishing in a mechanical dryer. The coffee exhibits elegant floral aromatics with notes of star fruit, plumeria, lemongrass, pineapple, melon, dry nectarine, bergamot, and cocoa nibs. It delivers a bright acidity with a silky, viscous mouthfeel and lingering finish. Rated 95 points by Coffee Review.
