About This Coffee

This coffee is from Uluwehi Coffee Farm in Holualoa, Kona, Hawaii at 1,900 feet elevation. The farm features SL34 variety coffee grown from seeds selected by Miguel and originally planted at Hula Daddy Waiono farm. Processed using an Anaerobic Natural method with fermentation in oxygen-restricted bags with selected yeast strains. The coffee features aromas of mango, American oak, and pineapple, with black cherry and toasted coconut in the cup. Bright and powerful with citrusy, complex finish and full, silky mouthfeel. Placed 5th in the 2022 Hawaii Coffee Association cupping competition.
