Kona SL34 Champagne Natural - Uluwehi Coffee Farm

Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single-origin Kona coffee comes from Uluwehi Farms in Holualoa, planted three years ago at 1,900 feet elevation. The SL34 variety was selected and propagated by Miguel, with seeds sourced from Fua Dadi Waiono Farm ten years prior. The coffee is processed using a Champagne Natural method, where selected yeast strains ferment whole cherries in water to enhance fruit flavors and create a rich, silky mouthfeel. Tasting notes include grapefruit, toasted coconut, and pineapple aromatics that evolve into black cherry and oak flavors with vibrant citrus and complex finish.
