About This Coffee

A 100% Kona coffee from North Kona, Hawai'i, sourced from farms in Hōlualoa between 1,600 and 2,500 feet elevation on volcanic slopes. A blend of Typica, SL34, and Geisha varieties, processed with yeast-fermented washed method to enhance fruit expression. Light roasted to preserve acidity and aromatics. Flavor profile features passionfruit, orange zest, strawberry papaya, and pineapple with bright, juicy acidity and silky, wine-like mouthfeel. Awarded 97 points by Coffee Review.
