About This Coffee

Kopi Luwak is a rare Indonesian coffee grown wild in the forests of Irian Jaya. Coffee cherries are consumed by Asian palm civets and naturally fermented during digestion, then hand-harvested, carefully washed, and sun-dried. The variety is Arabica Typica. The flavor profile offers deep aromas of chocolate, cedar, and licorice, resulting in a complex and inimitable cup.
