La Cumbre is a family-owned farm located in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, managed by fourth-generation producers Minor Jiménez and Nancy Gaitán. This single-origin coffee is grown at an altitude of 1900 meters. It is a natural processed coffee that undergoes a short fermentation, resulting in a sweet and fruity flavor profile. Tasting notes include plum and apple, offering a round and fruity cup.
