This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in Huila, Colombia at elevations between 1650-2000 meters. It is a washed coffee processed using the EA (Ethyl Acetate) method, a natural decaffeination technique. The beans are Castilla, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, harvested in 2024/25 and stored in GrainPro™ bags. The coffee offers flavor notes of cocoa, peach, and brown sugar.
