A light roast single-origin coffee from Finca La Luisa, a 70-hectare farm located near San Bernardo de los Farrallones, Ciudad Bolívar, in the Antioquia region of Colombia, at 1750–1800 meters above sea level. The Red Caturra cultivar undergoes a "Lychee Honey" process: an anaerobic carbonic maceration in stainless steel pressure tanks with CO₂ infusion, followed by a second fermentation phase with extracted coffee juice and lychee fruit, then a five-day drying. Flavor notes of lychee, rose, and honey, delivering a sweet, clean cup with a rosy finish.
