Finca La Negrita is located on the volcanic slopes of Nevado del Tolima in Colombia, reaching over 2,100 meters above sea level. Owned by Mauricio Shattah and Liliana Montoya, the farm produces exceptional specialty coffee recognized by top roasters worldwide. This lot features Wush Wush variety and undergoes Double Staggered Anaerobic Natural Nitrogen Flushed processing, a complex experimental method. The coffee is light roasted and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
