This light roast is recommended for various brewing methods, including pour-over, drip, and espresso.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business.
