La Pitina Washed is a coffee from the Alvarado family farm, processed using the washed method where the skin of the cherry is fully removed before drying. This process allows for a more transparent flavour, free of fermentation, letting the unique characteristics of the terroir, varietal, and cultivation shine through in the cup. It is one of three processing methods offered from this single farm, alongside Honey and Natural processed lots.
