A washed Yellow Geisha from La Pomarrosa farm in Colasay, Peru, grown at 1700–1850 masl under certified organic practices. Produced by Merci Fernández, an agricultural producer and experienced cupper at Origin Coffee Lab, using innovative "fruta madura" processing within an agroforestry system. This limited release of only 180 kg offers an elegant profile with notes of white flowers, orange blossom, sweet lemon, and stone fruit, with complex acidity, a light silky body, and a smooth mouthfeel.
