This coffee is from the La Siberia farm in Ahuachapán, Santa Ana, El Salvador. It is an Anaerobic Natural processed coffee made from the Java variety, grown at 1650 meters above sea level and harvested in September 2024. The coffee is juicy and bright with pronounced flavour notes of passion fruit and orange peel, complemented by a hint of clementine. The mouthfeel resembles grape juice with passion fruit acidity in the aftertaste.
