This is a single origin coffee from the Huila region in Colombia, specifically from Santa Maria. It is a communal lot bringing together coffees from 27 members of the 'Productores del Futuro' group across the northern part of Huila. The contributing producers have high-elevation farms near the foothills of the Huila Volcano National Park. The coffee uses a two-stage fermentation process - one with the full cherry still intact and the other after de-pulping - followed by washed processing and dried on patios. The varietals are various (not specified). Tasting notes include white grape, floral, and caramel.
