Lang Biang is a Vietnamese specialty coffee from Lạc Dương (Đà Lạt), produced by Zanya Coffee. It’s a blend of Catimor and Caturra Arabica, natural-processed and light roasted. Expect roasted nut character, vibrant tropical fruit and a thick sweet body with bright acidity; ideal for pour-over and cold brew.
