Café Arraigo is a washed coffee from Sofía Téllez and Félix Alarcón, grown in Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo, Mexico, at 1,200–1,300 meters above sea level. Produced under the cooperative Las Adelitas Café Ecológico, this coffee features Typica and Marsellesa varieties, harvested and processed by the producers themselves. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios. The cooperative is formed by over 70 women from the Sierra Otomí-Tepehua region, promoting ecological farming practices and community empowerment.
