This coffee comes from Las Brisas farm in El Salvador, produced by Carlos Pola. The variety is H2, a disease-resistant hybrid developed directly on the farm. It is processed using the natural (dry) method with controlled fermentation techniques and exclusively natural products to reduce water consumption. Roasted as an espresso (developed roast), this is an intense coffee with a fruity and chocolatey profile. Recommended for espresso, moka pot, or automatic machine.
