This coffee is produced by Ernesto Menéndez at the Las Brumas farm, located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range in Santa Ana, El Salvador, at an altitude of 1460 to 2000 meters. The coffee is a Pacamara variety processed using the washed method. It features a bright aroma and a crisp, transparent cup profile with tasting notes of apricot, orange, cinnamon, and plum, complemented by a cider-like finish and a velvety sweetness. The mouthfeel is light to medium.
