The coffee undergoes an innovative anaerobic washed process including 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation, oxidation, and a thermal shock treatment before being decaffeinated using natural ethyl acetate derived from local sugarcane. In the cup, it offers bright citrus notes with spiced complexity of pink pepper and ginger, featuring a silky texture and clean, persistent finish.
