A blend of Centroamericano and Sarchimor varieties processed using the Black Diamond Natural method with extended drying and controlled fermentation. The coffee opens with lush plum and red wine character, followed by dark chocolate notes. Structured yet vibrant, this natural process coffee emphasizes clarity and depth.
