This coffee is from Finca Las Mercedes in El Salvador, produced by Gerardo Alvarez. It is a Bourbon variety grown in the Las Cruces region of the Cordillera Apaneca-Ilamatepec at 1,200 meters above sea level, classified as SHG (Strictly High Grown). The coffee features flavor notes of blueberry, cacao, and panela (unrefined cane sugar).
