Las Palomas is a six-hectare farm in Costa Rica operated by third-generation family members Daniel José and María Isabel Monge García. Cherries were processed the same day of delivery, then dried and fermented for seven days with careful sorting throughout. The coffee achieved an 87.5 cup score. Bright and smooth with flavor notes of sour cherry, Mandarin, and pecan nuttiness.
