About This Coffee

A single origin Costa Rican coffee from Café con Amor farm in Naranjo, produced by Marianella Baez Jost of The Farmers Project. The Villa Sarchi variety is processed using Yellow Honey method and grown at 1450 masl in volcanic soil. Harvested in March 2021, it is a light/medium roast with tasting notes of molten chocolate, caramel, and sweet Valencia orange. It offers a silky texture, smooth lingering aftertaste, and balanced acidity. Cup score: 87.0.
