Lekali Estate is a single-origin coffee from Nukawot, Nepal, produced by farmer Nima Tenzing. This rare Himalayan coffee is processed using the mosto washed dry fermentation method and features Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Roasted to a superlight level, it offers distinctive flavor notes of mulberry, cranberry, and Oolong tea with crisp apple-like tartness and juicy berry characteristics.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
