Libation Espresso is a rotating seasonal espresso from Ethiopia Banko Gotiti. The coffee is sourced from the Worka region in Yirgacheffe, grown at elevations between 1600-2300 meters. It features Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and is processed using the natural method, graded as Grade 1. The coffee is processed at Banko Gotiti washing station where smallholder farmers deliver their cherry. Flavor notes include cherry, berries, and lemonade, creating a juicy, fruit-forward espresso experience.
Square One Coffee has been roasting in Lancaster, Pennsylvania since 2000. Josh and Jess Steffy took ownership in 2007 and refocused the operation on specialty grade coffee, responsible sourcing, and barista education. The team includes several SCA Certified Lead Instructors, BGA Certified Baristas, and a licensed Q Grader, reflecting a deep investment in craft at every level.
