LIGER "Natural"

About This Coffee

This light roast coffee is grown by farmer Liger Yubia (Konan) in Maejantai village, Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai province, Thailand. The coffee is grown at 1,300-1,400 meters above sea level, intercropped with avocado trees. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness during dry weather to preserve sweetness and prevent bean splitting. The coffee is processed using natural/dry processing with fermentation. The variety is Catuai mixed with other varieties. The flavor profile features berries, dates, brown sugar, tomato, and white floral notes with a long sweet finish reminiscent of dates and brown sugar, berry-like acidity, and white floral aromas.
