This is a natural processed Kenyan coffee from Lillian Salil's 10-acre farm in Uasin Gishu County. The coffee is Batian variety, grown at 1400-1600 meters altitude. The farm features drip irrigation and organic manure from a commercial dairy operation. This is a single-variety lot, allowing distinct varietal characteristics to shine through. The coffee was harvested in 2025 and processed using traditional natural method where the cherry was left on the seeds to dry in the sun before hulling. Flavor notes include strawberry, cranberry, golden raisin, and pecan.
