A naturally processed Guatemalan coffee from the Joyabaj sub-region within the Quiché department, grown at 1600–1700 meters above sea level by various smallholder farmers. Varieties include Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra. Roasted as an Omni roast, suitable for both espresso and filter extraction. Flavor notes include blueberry, mango, grapes, strawberry chocolate, cheesecake, and nougat (on milk).
