The cherries are processed at Tenjolaya Ciwidey Wet Mill using the washed method, where they are immediately pulped and fermented for 16 hours before being dried in solar dryers. Only the ripest red cherries are selected with floating used as quality control. The coffee features Catimor, Gayo II, Tim Tim, and Typica varieties. The cup delivers grapefruit brightness, green tea notes, and caramel sweetness with a light to medium roast profile.
