This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Limmu Kossa washing station located on the eastern edge of the Oromia region. Founded by Giday Berhe, the station processes coffee from neighboring smallholder farmers. The coffee is harvested during the dry season, washed, and lightly fermented to remove all mucilage, then dried on covered raised beds. The variety is Heirloom, processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include berries, mango, and dark chocolate, with fruity and sweet characteristics.
