This single origin coffee comes from the highlands of the Limu region in western Ethiopia, grown at over 2,000 meters altitude. Sourced from the Kenissa Cooperative near Agaro, where around 290 families cultivate coffee naturally in shady forest gardens. The coffee is made from local landrace varieties and processed using the washed method. Harvest occurs from October to January. The flavor profile is balanced with grape and dark chocolate notes, featuring mild character, slight fruitiness, and subtle chocolate undertones with fine, pleasant acidity.
