This is a washed Pink Bourbon coffee from Colombia, produced by Linarco Rodríguez Ospina and his family. The Rodriguez family has been growing coffee in Palestina for generations across three farms: Finca Betania, Los Cedros, and El Diviso. The coffee is carefully processed with controlled fermentations—often anaerobic and extended—with slow drying taking 20 to 28 days. The Pink Bourbon variety is one of several they grow alongside Gesha, Tabi, Caturra, and SL28. This coffee is roasted for both filter brewing (Medium) and espresso (Light).
