This is a Gesha variety coffee from Cajamarca, Peru, produced by Lito Cubas at 1628 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed process with flavor notes of floral, peach, and sugarcane. After leaving the farm for education, Lito returned with a strong desire to improve quality and increase coffee prices. This gesha lot offers floral and tea-like aromatics with flavors of peach and sugarcane sweetness throughout.
