Logita is a single origin coffee from Ethiopia's Sidamo region, specifically from Bensa. It is produced at a processing station run by Heleanna Georgalis, who sources coffee cherries from 10-20 producers growing coffee on the green hills of Bensa at 2100 meters altitude. The coffee cherries are carefully sorted, depulped, and fermented in open tanks for 36 hours before being rinsed and dried on raised beds. This is a washed processed coffee made from Heirloom varieties. The flavor profile features floral notes, bergamot, and fresh characteristics.
